Candy was awarded the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is a certified graduate of Coach-U. She is a past Board Member of the Association of Career Professionals International; Past Midwest Regional Leader for Christian Coaches Network. She is an ordained Pastor, anchored and grounded in biblical principals. In addition to coaching, she is a faculty member of The Joseph Business School for Entrepreneurs and a counselor for Illinois Small Business Development Center, Forest Park, IL.
